Geely EV450 Chassis System Training Platform

Feature

1、The training platform is made of chassis components of the original Geely EV450, with a distributed battery management system, a four-in-one controller system, and a smart touch screen system, etc.;

2、It includes the braking system and driving system of a traditional car, the front suspension is independent, and the rear suspension is a torsion beam semi-independent suspension;

3、And there is a water lamp outside the circuit connection. Therefore, the high-voltage power-on sequence is displayed through the flow direction of the water lamp, the series-parallel structure of the ternary lithium battery pack, and the high and low voltage interlock system.

Training Contents

Under the guidance of the teacher, students can complete:

1. Cognition of power transmission of pure electric vehicles and detection of drive motor faults;

2. Learn the connection method of the high-voltage battery pack and the high-voltage power-on sequence; understand the high and low voltage interlocking safety system;

3. Study and understand the structural principles of high-voltage system components such as high-voltage battery packs, battery management modules and four-in-one control groups;

4. The battery management system can read fault codes and clear fault codes, read dynamic data streams, parameter settings and other diagnostic functions through the special decoder for new energy vehicles;

5. By connecting to the platform, students can detect battery voltage, battery temperature, and relay control signals.

6. Through the Android fault setting system, the battery management system can be set for single battery disconnection, short circuit, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature.
